Being the movie lovers as we are, we hate it when we miss the chance of watching a good movie in the theatre. To ensure that that does not happen to you, we have decided to give you a heads-up every month. So here are a few movies for the month of June which you should definitely keep your eyes on.

  • Warcraft: The Beginning – 10th June, 2016

Warcraft: The Beginning, or just “Warcraft”, is a movie directed by Duncan Jones, produced by Legendary Pictures. Set in the era of the First War, the film stars Anduin Lothar of Stormwind and Durotan of the Frostwolf clan as heroes set on opposite sides of a growing war, as the warlock Gul’dan leads the Horde to invade Azeroth.

  • Now You See Me 2 – 10th June, 2016

This sequel is set 3 years after the first installment’s events. The Four Horsemen return for a second mind-bending adventure, elevating the limits of stage illusion to new heights and taking them around the globe. The Four Horsemen try to expose the unethical practices of a tech magnate Walter Mabry played by Daniel Radcliffe with their comeback performance.

  • Te3n – 10th June, 2016

Amitabh Bachchan’s latest film release is TE3N, pronounced “theen,” and means “three”. It’s a dark suspense thriller and is an Indian film made for an international platform. Set against the backdrop of Kolkata’s lanes and alleyways, it also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Vidya Balan. The creative producer is Kahaani fame Sujoy Ghosh. Amitabh’s  granddaughter, Angela, was kidnapped and killed eight years earlier, an incident that left him traumatized and relentlessly searching for justice.

  • The Conjuring 2 – 10th June, 2016

Director James Wan brings this supernatural thriller to the screen with another real case from the files of renowned demonologists Ed and Lorraine Warren. This time they  travel to north London to help a single mother raising four children alone in a house plagued by malicious spirits. After the huge success of the 1st edition, people have huge expectations from this one.

  • Udta Punjab – 17th June, 2016

The Indian audience is waiting badly for this one, more after the controversy of it being banned by the censor board. The movie revolves around the life of a rock star, a migrant laborer, a doctor and a cop. Shahid Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Diljit Dosanjh play characters from different walks of life, fighting the menace of drugs in their own way.

  • Raman Raghav 2.0 – 24th June, 2016

And Anurag Kashyap is back with his latest. The movie is set in present day Mumbai. It revolves around the life of a serial killer Ramanna played by Nawazuddin Siddiqui who is inspired by the infamous serial killer from the 1960s known as Raman Raghav. This movie has already been screened at Cannes 2016 and it managed to gather a lot of critical acclaim.
